I ordered a $12.50 bracelet. The day she finished it she started harassing me with multiple text daily while i was at work. I explained to her daily that i was extremely busy and that my husband was recovering from severe food poisoning and we were preparing for several contractors to come out to our home. This business uses selfish and harassing business tactics. The change in policy came after the fact not before this event occurred . Her jewelry includes a lot of cheap kits. She copies a lot of her jewelry from other cheap kits that other people design. Her products are way over priced for the quality of the work
