Great personal, very professional.
GREAT SERVICE, my father passed away in Houston and they actually came to Houston to get him and take him back to The Valley, the service provided at the funeral home itself was great... they also provided the last trip before burial to my grandmothers house like my grandma requested, that was pretty awesome from their part to do so, most would just want to get done with the service and go to the next. The staff was spectacular (I am sure it still is). Thank you guys so much. God bless ya'll and the business.
Superb customer service. I've had two previous deaths in the family and regret not having gone here first. I previously used the oldest established funeral home but transactions left a lot to be desired; I felt it was just a business transaction. I felt I overpaid for things not needed and felt taken advantage of. With Rodriguez, all went smoothly, I'm particularly thankful for the heartfelt speech at the end of the funeral as I am not much of a speaker. Compassion and understanding is important as most people find it hard to be collected when losing a loved one. I feel all staff very much live up to the type business they're in.
I would like to thank George, Roxy,and Victor I don't know where to start,my brother recently passed away in Mexico under the circumstances I didn't want to go over there and claim his body know one in the family didn't, but I didn't want to leave him there eather.Ijust about gave up and I didn't think his body would be transferred here to the us cause he wasn't a citizen,then George talked to my sister he said he would be able todo paper work bring my brother across and set up the funeral.I have know words to say he did what he said bring my brother across had the funeral and plot ready the staff was amazing like I said I really don't know how to thank them so much for what they went out of there way to be there my brother family and myself thank you very,very, very much if I could I'd give 100 stars and more thank you George Roxy,Victor thank you I recommend them Highly recommend them!!!!
