Kristie Was more than accommodating. She beat the best price I found and got us an upgrade in room. It was the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in! Rooftop patio! It was an amazing trip to Mexico. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was on- hand for last-minute concerns. Everything ran smoothly. She took care of everything!

I highly recommend KristieLen Travel!! Kristie immediately treated me as a friend; calmed me down when I was stressed out and got me exactly what I asked for. I needed a plane ticket to Africa - I wanted one that wouldn't break my budget; I didn't want to spend the night in an airport; I wanted time to change planes during layovers but I didn't want to spend hours waiting in airports to catch my next flight - I wanted it all and did I mention that I was on a budget and that tickets to and from Africa are complicated? She worked with me and got me what I needed for the price I wanted - amazing! Whenever I had questions (which was often), she always answered in a timely fashion - most of the time right away - even when I messaged her from Africa. She also helped me to get some great hotels on my trip - e.g in one the in-house spa was only 4 doors down from my room. Kristie helped make my dream trip to Africa come true and I will always be grateful for her kindness and caring. I will definitely be going back to KristieLen Travel.
