Terrible lines inside and outside. Already been 3 different times to pickup prescriptions for my sick baby only for them to keep telling me 20 minutes more 2 of those times. Mind you the very first time I was told it would be an hour and a half and went back well over 3-4 hours later. I’ll stick with Wal-Mart

It's Tuesday March 12, 2019 and there are 4 cars ahead of me waiting at the drive thru for prescriptions, I waited in line at 1920 barely at 1952 the Mini van at the drive thru window just moved. I think this HEB really needs to make improvements on their speed of service at the Drive thru Pick Up Window, this is ridiculous. A drive thru is driving thru .and having your prescription's ready for you and all u have to do is pay, the wait should be no more than 10-15 min at the most. Please make changes soon to better serve your customers. Thank You- Hopelessly Waitingud83dude15

Terribly managed, poorly stocked, and understaffed. They, however are the only place one can purchase decent produce in Portland. The HEB at Port and Tarlton in Corpus is much better and is about 15 minutes drive away.
