Store is being upgrade right now and some items have gone up. Like for example axe Men spray.
General incompetence of the staff leads to long wait times because of their simple mistakes such as birthday inputs are unneeded.
Convenient location and good place to grab something quickly. They also have a self serve water machine out front which is nice.
Former pharmacy tech here and so I understand how busy a pharmacy can get but some prescriptions should be and are usually expedited such as pain meds especially immediately after a procedure so when anesthetic wears off the patient is not in pain. I came to get my husband's pain med filled after a wisdom tooth extraction and asked if there was any way to get it asap. I was told it would take 30 minutes, that was okay with me since it gave me time to go to HEB next door and get some soft foods for my husband. I took more than 30 minutes and when I came back they told me it would be another 20 minutes.... so basically it took more than 1 hour to get the Rx ready. I understand if they're busy but don't tell people a certain time and then prolong it to more than an hour especially when they've just had a procedure done and need those meds.
Used this location for my passport pictures since the CVS in Calallen didn't do them right and the US passport center rejected the pictures they took and now my passport processing is being delayed. Rachel in Portland was very helpful and ensured the flash was used so the picture comes out clear. Thank you!!
