Daughter decided to get her ears pierced after seeing all her friends at school with theirs done. Had an awesome experience here. Employees were very sweet to her and made her feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely will be returning in 3 weeks once it’s time to change the earrings! Thank you!

Absolutely horrible customer service from the manager herself. Third trip up here with a birth certificate and photo ID for my 13 year old and they won’t pierce her ears.... I try to tell a manager what information I was given by an employee and she was so rude and talked over me so badly that I had to hang up the phone. She is not professional at all with the way that she handles customers and this type of experience has happened to me multiple times. - will not go back to this store. Due to the manager and her unprofessionalism.

Joy was wonderful, kind and professional piercing my 9 yr old daughter's ears. We were both nervous but it was a good place to go, and they look beautiful!
