I recently ventured to Willis Jewelry for a special design request and they were absolutely amazing!!!nI was wanting to combine my deceased husbands wedding band & my own band into a beautiful remembrance of our 50 year union. Their compassionn& understanding of the value & importance of the two pieces to me is unequal. The ability of combining my vision to reality by their craftsman Jeff & Audrey willnbe long remembered. These people now have a special place in my heart.
It’s always an outstanding experience at Willis. I dropped in on a Saturday afternoon to have a piece of jewelry modified. I had called to other local jewelers and they said they’d need to keep the piece through the weekend. But Sam was able to accommodate my request same day. Great staff and whit glove service.
Walked in and worked with Carolyn. Told her what I was looking for and also a few different options on the side. She got it all lined up and took her time working with me and giving her own honest opinion and doing a handful of different options. Made it quick and really painless. Ended up finding something I did not think I would be able to walk out with!! Very, very, very pleased!!!
Sam and the staff at Willis are wonderful. Will definitely be back. We felt like family, highly recommend. You must try them for yourself!
