I was looking around Rockwall to get my engagement ring resized, and all of the quotes I got were pretty expensive and the wait times were upwards of two weeks (my ring is pretty simple). After checking around, I decided to go to Professional Jewelry. I dropped my ring off midday on Saturday and got it back by Monday, and their pricing was so much better than anywhere I looked. My ring fits perfectly now, and I have the amazing staff to thank for it!
I came in to have a ring resized and they were able to do it the same day! I was so thrilled to get the call that it was ready for pickup only a few hours after I had dropped it off. The folks here are super friendly and incredible at what they do. I can’t recommend enough!

I took my wedding set and my deceased husbands wedding band in to have his band and mine resized and welded together for me to wear. They did an excellent job! And after leaving it at another jeweler in town and waiting 2 weeks while they didn’t even touch it, Professional Jewelers had it ready in 2 days. I can’t tell in words how pleased I am. My fiancé and I took my antique wedding set in to be rebuilt and new diamonds added and are so thrilled with the way it came out. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. We'll be back to have more jewelry made and repaired and look forward to working with them again.
