Just because your store is busy doesn't mean you fall behind on customer service. As a pharmacy you are dealing with potential life threatening matters. If you are out of certain prescription it's a must that you tell the person who is picking it up. Because the person picking it up might not be the one taking it.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Beyond unprofessional. The Nigerian woman cant understand or speak English and is extremely rude and obnoxious. The pharmacists are just as obnoxious. The blame everything on the doctors office. Many lost scripts - always the doctors office fault according to them. Even when I watch the doctor physically send the prescriptions to CVS in front of me. CVS is like a pack of criminals running a pharmacy. They couldn't care less how much they inconvenience you or jeopardize your health. The state really needs to shut this place down. -- The latest fiasco - and its a fiasco with them several times per month - involves my prasugrel script. I have 11 heart stents. I can NEVER stop taking this. I tried to refill on the website. It shows two refills but in inactive state. I called and the automated phone system said it was going to be filled. 5 minutes later I got a text that said they needed clarification from the doctor and wouldn't be filled. So I called again and talked to the woman mentioned above. She was just irate with me when I disagreed that the doctor called in and cancelled it. She put on the pharmacist who first said the prescription is inactive because my doctor called in and cancelled it on February 1st. I said no way in hell that happened. Then he said someone on my behalf cancelled it. Nope - try another lie. So then he said the doctor didn't send any instructions with the prescription so they couldn't fill it. Then he said the doctor sent in a new prescription for it today - yeah its Sunday - she is a good doctor but not going to be working on a Sunday and within 10 minutes of the refill request. He said he didn't know why the doctor kept calling it in with no instructions. Another lie. The original prescription was for three months. Three refills of 30 pills. They were supposed to refill a 90 day supply. Of course - they only did 30 - because they do whatever they want to do. But that was the same prescription they said had no instructions. But it did! In January the same three script orders were all on one order. They filled one and the bottle has the instructions on it. So just lies lies lies to cover their extreme negligence - with a side of obnoxious to boot,nnThe missing scripts has happened to my wife as well nearly every month. And to make it worse - my neighbor takes care of his elderly parents - he picked up their prescriptions for them. CVS had mixed up the labels between his mom and dad! His mom got his dads pills in her bottles but with his dads name on the outside and vice versa. Fortunately my neighbors parents noticed the pills just didn't look right. Otherwise they could have killed these people. Enough is enough. I am reporting CVS to the state for gross negligence and mismanagement.nnThere is no responsible manager in the store for the pharmacy. I called the store previously about an issue with the pharmacist. They just sent me to the main store manager who was unwilling to rectify the situation and was unconcerned with the pharmacist clerk and pharmacist attitude or mistakes. I had to just eat it.nnRockwall customers deserve better than this. I will not let this criminal activity continue any longer.
I ordered a single photo print, and it was scheduled for a 3pm pick-up. I showed up on that day, about 3 hours later than that, and it still wasn't ready. I didn't cause any fuss, I could understand having a lot of orders she told me to come back two days later and it would definitely be ready.nI went back two days later, even having recieved an email saying that it was ready, and was told once again that it wasn't ready, and just not to listen to the emails. They said they would call me. Well I waited another 4 days, making it a week, and woke up to an email telling me my order has been canceled.nnSo I am very frustrated that I waited a whole WEEK for my SAME-DAY pickup to just be canceled.
Sat at drive through window for 12 minutes and never got waited on. Finally drove off.
I did a COVID test at this location TWO WEEKS ago and still have not received results!! I then used gogettested.com and got results in less than 48 hrs!nUPDATE: over 3 weeks now and no results or admission that they lost it. My insurance was charged but still no results!
