I was trying to locate the restroom and i was in the back so i walked up to the pharmacy clearly looking for help there was no one in line just 2 employees who both saw me and made eye contact then looked away to their computers without offering me assistance.i said is there a restroom and the male answered me without looking up but they lady (maybe 40 years old) short blonde hair kind of old fashioned hair cut and kind of chunky looked at me and rolled her eyes...im sorry to bother you when there are no customers and i needed help.i work in customer service and if i ever did this would be fired on the spot. The pharmacy needs to he retrained that every customer needs respect even if its not necessarily about the medicine...

Jerry is the most informative and helpful pharmacist I have dealt with. They were very busy but he took the time to go over my prescription with me. The store is clean and techs and counter people are kind and helpful.

The worst pharmacist and store manager I have ever dealt with. I had open back surgery (front&back) I took them 2 pain prescriptions right from the Dr.’s office. One was a pain patch that expired in a few hours and had to be replaced. After waiting an hour for the medicine the pharmacist said she wouldn’t fill it until she talked to the Dr. because of a possible interaction with a blood pressure medication that the Dr. was already aware of. They then tried to call them at noon and the Dr. office turns the phones off 12-1 for lunch. I then talked to the store manager and he said I needed to wait another hour until they might be able to contact the Dr. Keep in mind the longer I’m waiting the worse my pain is. Usually every pharmacist with common sense would leave a message for the Dr. and fill it.nI told them to give me the prescriptions back. 20 min after leaving this CVS another one filled it and of course they left a message for the Dr. because they had some sense. I was able to get both prescriptions filled at another CVS without the hassle! I will never use this drugstore again! Every one I have told this to can’t believe what they did.nThey couldn’t care less how much pain your in !!
