This is my 4th time renting from enterprise and is still the one and only rental car company I will ever use. Each experience with them has been A++. This last time was safe clean and so very quick and easy and my last was in California and I can not praise their employees and customer service enough!!! They offer great satisfaction, cleanliness, pride and really makes you feel comfortable being in their vehichles!
Everyone at the Rockwall location is professional, kind and very, very patient! I rent ever week and this is a very busy location. They handle each customer with the greatest respect and you would never know how exhausted they must be. Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Enterprise for taking care of me for the last 4 years! Rockwall Rocks!
great customer service experience. I arrived and the vehicle I booked on line was ready to go. I just signed the paperwork they ran my credit card and I was on my way. The car was cleaned and gassed up. I was extremely happy.
I reached my rental max with my insurance company and was double billed for the balance I owed. Attempting to call the branch is futile. Cannot get through or get hung up on constantly.
Friendly staff with good communication that cared about my plans and accommodating my needs while navigating through the current challenging pandemic times.
