Budget Car Rental met every one of my expectations during my vehicle rental this time. I requested a rental vehicle with about a 45 minute heads up and they did not disappoint. I showed up, gave them my name, license, and boom.. I was on my way with a beautifully detailed and clean vehicle. The return service was also super efficient and I did not even have to step back inside the office to return the rental. They have an after hours return box for our convenience. I received a notification once they received my rental and that was that. I look forward to using them again in the future, and I highly recommend the using this location in Rockwall, TX. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

We always get great rates and great cars here. Usually with heated leather seats, never a problem with any car and we usually rent them for long distance road trips. We have also received rewards like free upgrades or free day of rental for frequently renting here.
Better prices than enterprise that's for sure
