I booked my wedding through Bella Destinations Travel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Please do not book and plan your wedding through this agency. A destination wedding is a beautiful choice and I am so pleased with how my wedding turned out. Unfortunately the one aspect that was stressful was working through Karen. We suggested to all of our guests to book through her. We were told that by doing this we could be upgraded and have some extra perks. We paid for our trip months in advance and did not receive our travel information until a week prior to leaving. I called Karen before Christmas asking for travel information (we wanted to know flight times, etc). Karen told me she was working on a surprise for us. We were excited, so we waited. Weeks later we still had not heard anything. After another week of calling her, emailing her, and only getting excuses as to why we hadn’t gotten our travel itinerary, she finally sent me our travel plans with no upgrades. Our guests had booked through her and they also were not receiving their itineraries either. They would call or email her. When she wouldn’t respond they would call me. I had 32 people questioning me about their travel plans. THIS IS NO WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. While some couples were checking in, they were told their trip was booked a night short. They had to call Karen while on vacation to get things sorted out. Karen charged their cards WITHOUT their permission to cover the extra night. She claims they will be reimbursed, but a week and a half later, no one has seen the money in their accounts. As far as wedding planning, I was told she would copy me, her, and the wedding coordinator in an email thread together. She never included me and would take weeks to answer questions about my wedding. Each time she would blame the resort, stating it took them weeks to reply to her messages. Finally as time was getting close to my big day, I contacted the resort. Within a day they set me up with the wedding coordinator. Through the resort my wedding was planned within a couple of weeks and they were so great! I would get a response from them in the same day or the next day. It was fabulous! Turned out that Karen was the problem with planning. DO NOT USE KAREN OR BELLA DESTINATIONS TRAVEL. You will be very disappointed.

We book a trip through Bella destinations travel to A all exclusive trip to Cancun Mrs Karen was our travel agent we never met her in person everything was done over the phone we explained to her what our price range was etc she told us she could grant us our wishes which in reality that was not true after we paid our trip in full which was the same day she found us a resort she didn’t keep us updated like she said she would we had to contact her every time she told us that our plane ticket and hotel itinerary would be mail to us 21 days before our trip date that didn’t happen every time we called her after the 21 days she said oh I jus mail it it should be in soon to say the lease we never received it by mail 3 days before our trip date she email it to us and come to find out it was a whole different resort then we initially picked and we had booked a few excursions so we had to get in touch with the people to change our hotel pick up address which was a hassle I would not recommend Bella travel destinations or Karen to anyone

I would NOT recommend this company to even my worse enemy. Karen is a poor example of a travel agent!! She’s pitiful!!!

Karen Viviano is horrible. She lied, didn't follow through with promises. Would not give us trip info until the last minute then messed up with departure dates. She stressed everyone especially the bride. She charged peoples credit cards without their consent. She was rude on the phone.

I would leave zeros stars if that was an option. Karen took our money but never booked our trip. We never received refunds from her, and though she claimed to file with her business insurance for refunds, she has not come forth with this nor is she responding to any communication. DO NOT give this company your money.
