Update 11/12/20: They have been sold and undergone a management change in the office. Ally, the young girl at the front is very immature. She seems to have no understanding of customer service or appropriateness. As for the vet...It took 11 days to get my sick dog seen. There is only one FT doc. Everyone else is fill in staff. I am sad and frustrated by this.nnOriginal post 4 yrs ago: Took my dog in for an emergency visit for an allergic reaction causing welts all over her body. The entire staff was wonderful! The vet truly seemed to care about my dogs welfare and made sure we understood everything before releasing her to come home. I highly recommend them!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially because Tender Paws used to be a great place with an amazing staff. About 6 months ago, I heard about a situation with a staff member that was highly concerning. Apparently since then, almost all of the amazing staff and vets have left. Unfortunately, I would now recommend that people do not go to Tender Paws. I switched to Stone Ridge Veterinary Medical Center and have been very happy with Dr. Kitten and the rest of the staff.

I will forever recommend Dr. Brannon to everyone I know!nShe's very informative, knowledgeable and truly cares about the wellness of your pet.nnShe took great care of my 12 year old German Shepherd, Taz.nnI greatly appreciated that she spoke to me in person before, during, & after his surgery, and also made it a point to make sure he was comfortable throughout the entire visit.nnThe staff was also very friendly & helpful, as always.

The staff is very polite and easy to talk to. They explain everything and keep me well informed. My last appointment for my fur baby was a drop off appointment but not only did the dr speak to me in length over the phone, he also came into the lobby when I cam to pick and had another very informative conversation with me. Dr Wheeler made me feel like my pet was almost as important to him as she is to me. That warms my heart because she is very important to me. They are easy to get an appointment woth and have always been on time for our appointments. Thank you guys for taking great care of my Penny!!

After 15 minutes in front lobby and calling their phone twice, no one came out. We had a late appointment. I heard laughter in back. This place is not the same since they sold it. I am not giving them anymore chances. Leaving
