You can never get through the drive thru in under 20 min. They routinely run out of common medicines. Rarely send messages to let you know a Rx is ready. There's 2 or 3 very helpful employees, ALL are very nice, but customers want to get their stuff and go on with their day. This is not a place or time for social conversations.
I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I’m appalled. My family would never use another pharmacy. The staff have always been incredibly helpful, which is a huge part of why we use them. I’ve never been there that I haven’t seen the techs working to get customers the best price available. It’s not their responsibility to check discount cards and coupons, yet they do it anyway and it is very appreciated.
I love Kroger overall, but the pharmacy NEEDS SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT! Starting by adding another person in the drive-thru oooorrrrr closing that second lane that makes things go SLOWER! They are obviously understaffed and overworked. I wanted to start with that because people complain but don't understand why- this is one busy PHARMACY -IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN, the staff tries to be as efficient as possible but IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON for every job well I don't have to explain it to you right? YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT minimum 15 minutes, I've never had a bad experience in regards treatment, why because I try to be as understanding as possible, you will get what you give ud83dude09 so if you are rude..guess what? they can too! The same thing if you go inside only one person at registration, so yes is not the best pharmacy at communicating with patients in regards PRICES THEY DO NOT SET and medications they run out (AGAIN A VERY BUSY LOCATION) at the end of the day try to understand they do what they can with what they have, this pharmacy is close to home so I will continue to use this pharmacy but I did wanted to make others aware.nIf you do go elsewhere is one less person to wait on ud83eudd37ud83cudffd♀ufe0f
So today my daughter and I went to Kroger. I had to buy a few things. And she needed to get her WIC stuff for my three year old granddaughter. Which WIC is not labeled in this store. When we went to check out the cashier Bill was very rude. Saying what you don't kniw what to buy. And nade a big issue in front of other customers. Thankfully another lady was available to help figure out why my daughter was being charged for item.( All the while there was a manager near by whom just walked away from the issue. ) Obviously if my daughter had the money she would have gladly paid for the item. But my complaint is this people fall down on hard times and for my daughter to be treated so rudely for trying to fend for her baby was very rude and I for one don't appreciate it!! And what was worse is the manager said absolutely nothing. As a normal rule I have never had problems with this store. But today my heart sank for my daughter who was merely trying to take care of her child. I wish I had the ladys name who helped my daughter because I would go buy her lunch or something for her kindness.
I called them and told them to refill my prescriptions and they didn't refill one. I understand things happen so I told the lady when I picked up the rest of my prescriptions to fill this one. I waited 2 days to come pick it up today and was told that it was never filled but it would be 1.5 hours. I come by 6 hours later and am not able to pick up my prescription when I get there and am told to wait. Also my wife has given them her insurance information 2x and we have been overcharged before from them because they didn't update their system with her correct insurance information.
