The staff is friendly, but exceptionally slow and understaffed. After having my prescriptions for several hours, and being trapped in their drive through line for 30 minutes, my prescriptions were still not ready. The lady asked me if it would be okay to come back in an hour-like I had a choice. The amount of time it takes them to get a prescription ready gets longer and longer. I will be switching after I'm finally able to pick these up.nnMy other concern is that I never know when my prescriptions will be ready because they do not seem to be able to put correct phone numbers with the correct name. In the last 5 years, I've corrected my number 3 or 4 times to the number I've ALWAYS had. It is still wrong in their system so the automated system won't recognize me when I call and can't call to give me notifications.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, they lied about when my wife’s medicine was due and when we had our psychiatrist get in touch the pharmacist hung up on them twice with no means to move the prescription to a new pharmacy, absolutely trash people and toxic environment. I hope more people see this. Know who’s taking care of you cause they are not having your best intention in their minds

All the employees I've dealt with here at this Kroger Rx have been helpful and professional. Sometimes there's a little wait depending on what time you go in, but if I need to pick up a Rx, I just call ahead to see if it's ready. And all businesses are short handed from time to time because of staff calling in sick, and I've seen it that way here, but they do their best to get to you as quickly as possible. If they happen to be short handed that day you're there, try to put yourself in their place.... They can only do so much with what they have. Give them a break. Not one person there has been rude to me, just the opposite, and I've talked with all of them. Try more kindness, it goes a long way. If you're having a bad day, maybe they are too.

Literally 5 employees, nobody in line but me and they continue their conversations as though I m not here. I m still standing here.....no acknowledgement. Ridiculous-they should all be unemployed.nJarin, the pharmacist, finally saw the ridiculousness of the scenario and helped me.nJarin-5 starsnAll pharm techs—negative 10 stars
