Customer service is terrible and the pharmacist does not step in fix the situation. He just pretends not to hear and asks disinterested . My doctors office called in to let them know I still had refills and the technician that answer the phone was rude very to them so I came in person with a prescription in hand and they told me the prescription would be ready at 2o’clock , it was now five and the male technician said well did you receive a call that it was ready? I said no I was told it would be ready at 2. He said well it’s not. I can’t believe a pharmacy can be ran so poorly . If the pharmacist isn’t willing to run the pharmacy they need to hire a pharmacy manager .

The lady who answers the phone is always rude! If doing her job is a big inconvenience then maybe she should find another job that's not in customer service.

The ladies at this pharmacy have no type of customer service. It's NOT always about the speed of service. They all put you on a hold, regardless of it being a simple phone call, or drive thru. Every time we have a concern, we see there attitudes, and frustration. Is that the service they would appreciate for themselves and there loved ones? The gentlemen are much friendlier and patient. They really need to show the girls how to be more pleasant.

My Mother was the very 1st customer to receive her medication at this pharmacy the 1st day it opened. They were friendly and courteous. A lot has changed since then. The girls that are their now are rude, slow and most of all have lied to my family on numerous occasions. They treat customers like it's about to kill them when they have to go out of their way. All you see is frowns and no thank from any of them.
