I had a 5;00 pm appointment one evening to get an estimate from winter storm damage. I got a text at 5 saying they couldn't make it and rescheduled for the next day. However, no one showed up and no call. I called at 6 and was told they would be there at 7, but no one came and I didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call. They are not dependable and lied to me. I still haven't heard from them. I don't know how these people stay in business.
Excellent work and communication throughout the job. We would recommend them to anyone we know.
