Wonderful staff! A woman helped us, she was younger and I wish I had gotten her namenThey only sized our watch.... twice! Only because first time my other half was not with me. The 2nd time they waived the fee! And it was technically our fault. Two thumbs up on service!

Yes, I purchased a very beautiful ring with a rare & unique stone & I Love it!!!! The only thing is, I was blatantly lied to & told my ring was brand new, when it was a used ring. Now I have no problem with a preowned ring, but to lie to me ugh. Also had a side diamond fall out & brought it back to get it fixed & the prong fixed, only to have the prong “they fixed” flake off like a piece of dust. Not to mention where they sized the ring. There is a line all the way through the metal on the bottom side & they didn’t even shape it, it ended up oval instead of round. It’s currently at Jared’s being operated on, prayers it can be fixed.

I bought a $8,000 ring for my wife and she decided that she wanted something a little different and they wouldn’t exchange or let us return the ring. They didn’t tell me that while I was purchasing and made it sound like I could return it within 30 days.nnThey are the ONLY store that does that!! I’ll never buy from them again!nnPlease RENAME your store and take “exchange “ out.
