I love this store! Ever since the pandemic started I have had to be extremely careful because I have an autoimmune disease. I feel very safe shopping here because of the hard work the staff does to keep the store completely sanitized. I love shopping James Avery but I always go to the Conroe location because of their wonderful leadership under Lee. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. She really goes above and beyond for the customer. James Avery is lucky to have a wonderful woman of character to represent their company!

Let me start off by saying we shop here at least once a month with all the birthdays- anniversaries- and holidays. I loved the Conroe store up until today! We came in to exchange a ring. My daughter and I put on our masks and my other daughter was struggling to get hers out of her wallet- spilling change everywhere- the manager who is normally super nice was extremely rude and told her to get a disposable mask out of the box and I told her she’s trying to get it out of her wallet- she said “she needs to go out of the store to put it on”- (she was a couple feet inside of the store)-SO -if someone comes in without a mask they can put on a disposable mask standing right there but someone who is trying to get their mask out of their wallet MUST go outside of the store to do so- makes zero sense… We will not be returning to this location because of the rude attitude from the three employees at the front- mind you, there was a line almost out the door and there were three employees standing at the door being mask police--if they were actually helping customers rather than just standing there harassing customers- the line wouldn’t of been so long-

We love James Avery they have great jewelry. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Only note is be careful its easy to spend a lot in here after you see everything they have ;)!
