Why do they or the ask you for your phone number like if we're in jail
My son is rebuilding an old car. We went in here to grab a few tools and left with everything that we needed. We were greeted and asked if we needed help by a few different individuals. We spent quite a while in this store because we were uncertain about a few different items. I can definitely say that it was time well spent because the staff there explained all of the different questions we had for them. If you are looking for any items that Harbour Freight carries, I would recommend stopping into this particular location. I particularly liked the fact that when asking all the questions that we did, the employees did not make us feel like a bother! Thank you guys for the wonderful service and experience!

Staff is always very friendly! Always something here to buy. Quality? Meh. For personal intermediate use fine. Nice tools to get you out of a jam. Price? Can't beat it!
