Love the clothing and the prices. Love the fact that you can use coupons even with clearance items.... You get Rewards that you can use with the coupon to make your prices even better... Employees are very nice
Darius was very kind and had excellent customer service. He went above and beyond while helping me find the perfect blanket for my room—10/10 for Darius. Give him a raise!!! The girl standing in front had a little bit of an attitude, but maybe she was just having a bad day, so I won't hold that that against her
Do not use their curbside pickup! They told us the store was closed, so we left. Then they proceeded to give our order away, without even checking the ID. Now they won't admit they were wrong and told us the store manger personally gave us the order. They have kept us on the phone for an hour. Spend your money somewhere where they at least verify your ID and put customers first.nn*Edit* I had to go to the store and speak to a supervisor, to finally get a refund.
Overall - good experience. Good prices, the store is clean with the restrooms taken care of. The checkout has multiple people there which makes it easier. Curbside works great and convenient.
Very Nice staff. I had no idea what to wear to my celebration and the lady helped me from start to finish. Love my outfit! Thanks JC Penny!!
