I’ve been renting cars with enterprise for over 5 years now. Every location i go the staff treats me well. The only minus about enterprise is sometimes they dont have the car class i book, which is not the staff fault. If someone dont return the car intime, there is nothing the staff can do about it. In cases like these, where they dont have car class available they always give me a bigger one or someother option.
I need a rental truck for a couple weeks so I can keep my business going well my truck was down, these guys were golden! Customer service was top-notch they even called me a few times just to check on me. I will definitely come to these guys with all my rental needs
The agents who helped me on my recent visit went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Mary got me into a car perfect for my needs and provided the friendly, professional service I've come to expect from Enterprise. Upon turn in, Elijah went above and beyond with the help of Shawn to help me. This was the second time that I've rented from this particular location however, I've used Enterprise's service for several years because I always receive reliable service and great cars for the best price. Staff worked hard to source a vehicle after initially having challenges due to a busy Holiday. Ultimately found an SUV that met our needs. Everything worked out great
