West Police Department

West police responded to my home alarm with three cars within 5-10 minutes! They are very efficient and I applaud them. Thank you guys!

I’ve been a resident of West, TX since the 1930s. I want to say I Miss Chief Lawnhorn very dearly.nHe stood by everything morally.nHe made the town of West safe and loved.nnI’m a survivor of the West Explosion. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think we’d have Police staff that wouldn’t enforce what was morally right on behalf of an Elderly woman like me. They didn’t care about my best interest,they didn’t care about me or my family period. It’s taken me awhile to finally get to a place where I can talk about this.nnOn October 6, 2017.nThe West Police Officer Keathly. Showed up at the West Rest Haven that Friday pointing his finger in my Granddaughters face who I told to come up there and get me.nThe West Rest Haven was holding me against my will, and made up that my Granddaughter was making a scene when she was not to trespass her.nI kept asking them why for what she didn’t do anything.nThe Officer was ugly and rude to her and said i needed my lawyer to get me out of here. I and my Granddaughter kept showing them that the POA said financial decisions only no medical.nHe insisted she leave and never come back along with the Nursing Home Administrators.nSo at that point I was held against my will after Dr. Chudje said on September 26, 207 I could leave on this day.nnThen I had told my Granddaughter to change the locks on my house, because I didn’t want anyone living there while I’m not home. I had a daughter and granddaughter that needed to find another place to live, since they were not allowing me to go home with the Nursing home and now the Police too.nWell Officer Keathly and Detective Mulligan lies and stated that kyn granddaughter was breaking and entering perhaps. When she told them my Grandma told me she wants this done, they clear as day told her she’s in a Nursing Home, she’s not getting out and she has no home anymore. My Granddaughter stated she’s not deceased it’s in her name it’s her home still.nnBoth Officer and Detective said your Aunt Marie Jupe is in the process to switch it to her name.nnThey trespassed her from my own property!nnWith no knowledge of mine no contacting me at all.nAt this point my Granddaughter is blocked from two properties for no reason at all and from me most importantly.nMy three sisters had to sneak me a cell phone to talk to any of my relatives after the West Rest Haven took my phone from my room.nMy lawyer tried to come see me two weeks later and Officer Keathly and the West Rest Haven denied him access to me so I could revocation my rights to my self even though I didn’t need to, the Nursing Home and the West Pd said that’s the only way out of West Rest Haven.nI had a Notary come to the Facility dressed in plain clothes, so they wouldn’t think anything about her to stop her from coming to my room.nnThen my sister came to pick up my paper and file it with my Granddaughter to the County.nnThe West PD started saying on tape that Dr. Chudje was labeling me incompetent so I couldn’t leave and that people can make counterfeit county labels and they would have to investigate now my rights to myself when that’s what they said I’d have to have I order to leave. I told them I wrote that and I’ve been wanting out since September 26,2017.nThen the next day they asked me if I wrote the rights to myself and I said yes!!!nAnd they said good good and I never saw them again.nUntil the next week on the cell phone that the West Pd falsified charges against my sweet granddaughter that she had harassed the Nursing Home when asking about her phone back and asking how I was....nnThe West Pd then falsified that my Granddaughter forges my rights back to myself, when she was trespassed back in October.nThey even put me as a victim,nI am not a victim of anything, they never put how they questioned me if i wrote it both days and I told them yes I wrote my document.nnI did this document in November with the Notary at the Nursing Home.nMy sister came for lunch that day and met my Granddaughter and they filed it with Mclennan County.nnBeware of this Crooked West PD!
