Very rude service at the drive-thru. One lady that works there is African American and I guess she feels entitled. She has poor attitude like she's doing you a favor and the most she says at the speaker is DB? Name? You get what you get and don't dare ask a question. You'll get a sigh and she will act like you just asked insulted her.

I have never been treated so badly over a prescription that I have been on for years. I will never use this Kroger Pharmacy again. Only had to because my home pharmacy was backordered on my prescription. The staff at the Burleson Kroger is RUDE! They dont answer the phones professionally and the ignore you at the window. I WILL NEVER GO BACK Again!

These employees are the most caring and helpful I have ever encountered. I cannot say enough about how they all go out of their way to do above and beyond what is required. Thank you Kroger’s Corp and management! I tell everyone about them
