Every time I go to the burleson location I am always greeted by the biggest smile from a young man with dark hair who has worked there for a few years now, it does not matter the time or the day I go he is always there and he is extremely hard working and always happy! Today he was working the drive threw and the counter and still had a smile on his face! He always finds me coupons for my medication and is the sweetest person! If I owned a company of any kind I would steel him away in a heartbeat because he is amazing with customer service! I wish I knew his name because he deserves every ounce of credit for making this pharmacy So great! I will follow this kid where ever he may go in the pharmacy business!

This is the slowest pharmacy around. I will be switching to another pharmacy. And they need people at the pharmacy checkout to know what the heck they are doing. Both days I've been the ladt 2 days have been very unpleasant.

You could die waiting on a rx here...slowest service in the metroplex guaranteed ....understaffed, they have zero sense of urgency...I have negated using my insurance numerous times to go to CVS and pay cash...mgmt Always has an excuse...
