This was the most unprofessional service that I have ever used. The locksmith gave me quote, which I agreed to the price; however, he never showed up nor called for the scheduled appointment. I called him several times to get a reply, but he never did. My advice to customers is to spend a little more money to get dependable and quality customer service and satisfaction, rather than use a second rate locksmith business, such as Joe's Lock Out Service.
My son locked his keys in his car, and Joe was so kind and very reasonable on price. Very timely and professional!!! We can not thank you enough!! I have saved his number for future use if needed. Highly recommend!!
Joe came out passed midnight to help me the day after Christmas! He acted fast and gave me a great deal for his time! He kept me informed throughout the whole process! Hopefully I don’t lock my keys in my car again, but if I do Joe will be the first one I call!
