The staff is amazing at this location. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. They also have a beautiful selection of jewelry. I will be back.

They have the worst customer service and for no reason at all! I went in with my boyfriend to buy an engagement ring and they didn't say anything to us, they just looked at us and said nothing. We looked for 15 minutes then we decided to leave.

Do not come to this Zales! I sent off 2 necklaces for repair only 1 came back and they will not give me the one they do have unless I pay for both when I only have 1! The store manager KIMBERLY could care less! Do not waste your time coming here!
