The lady at the register was really polite and helped me find things my daughter might like. My daughter ended up loving the ear cuff I picked out and I plan to bring her back to buy more!

They really need to hire some more people. I waited over 20 minutes to check out because the one staff member working was occupied with piercing a whole family.
It was the most awful ear piercing I have ever had. I took my sister with my mother and my mother who was very kindly talking to them, the worker completely blew her off and didn't even look up from her work. It wasn't that bad after that but then my mother called with an issue with the earing. The woman very rudely said there wasn't anything they could do but my mother knew there was because we have had that problem before and it was fixed swiftly at a different Claire's. She then proceeded to completely ignore my mother while she was speaking and in the middle of my mothers sentence she gave the phone to someone else who also proceeded to ignore my mothers question 'If they could replace the small stone' and said 'what's your name and number so can give it to the manager'. They hung up mid sentence on my mother! Do not go here. Go to the one near the Hulen mall
