This is the first time I have ever been to this jewelry store and it will be my last. I dropped my wedding ring off to be resized and cleaned and received it back a month later with nicks on the outer left side of my band. I will say the soldering was done nicely.

My experience with LTD jewelry was bad. I was in the area the stopped by the new location to see if my jewelry was done , and when I arrive the worker rudely tells me “it’s not ready if I didn’t call you” but my jewelry was actually ready for pick up. I got no apologies after , my advice is to spend more money with a quality jeweler that values there customer . The overall work quality I would give 3 stars , and 1 star for customer service

Very nice staff. They were honest and the man who fixed the jewelry had a less expensive fix than we asked him to do. They are honest and keep the customers needs at the forefront of their service.
