I just moved to town and love everything about the golden triangle. Except H‑E‑B pharmacy. Talk about absolutely horrible customer service. 1st the pharmacy doesn’t have a drive through. That is just abnormal. Then the pharmacy staff are slow, rude, and inefficient. Definitely need retraining from Houston H‑E‑B’s pharmacy. Never thought I’d see a day when I would give an H‑E‑B a bad review. Save your time and go to Walgreens.

Today was the first time I used HEB pharmacy and I was very pleased with pricing and service. The young man that waited on me was very helpful and personable. Thank y’all for a good experience and I will definitely use them againud83dude01

Most employees are kind, I did deal with 1-2 rude employees at the pharmacy. They always seem to have issues with my insurance or prescription being ready, first they told me the DOB on my license and the one I repeated to them doesn’t match the ins. I called my insurance company and they had the correct DOB-obviously I didn’t say it wrong cause I know my birthday and she saw it on my ID, the employee was very rude about this fact and told me 4 times that it was wrong even though the first time she said it I asked if she was sure and told her okay I will call the company when I leave and just pay the amount in full. Always seems to be an issue, I’ll be using Walgreens like my sister does because she never has issues with them.
