Bob’s Handyman refuses to service all customers within their spectrum. I called to receive an estimate and was completely denied because of my address although I am located well within their area. I was told “a situation took place in my area” and that is why they will not service the entire area. Wow, since when does one situation reflect an entire community? I strongly do not recommend Bob’s Handyman services! Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.
I had Bob's Handyman replace my old linoleum in my kitchen with vinyl planks. They did a professional job of installing and cleaned everything up. The guys were knowledgeable on installing this in a house on piers.
The man clearly has no professional skills and his work is questionable at best. He also reacts badly when pressed for a commitment time on finishing his work.
First, I emailed with no response from the company so I called to schedule service for a building I manage. Bob answered the phone and was extremely rude, cutting me off mid sentence to say he was not able to do any work until months later. He did not listen to what needed to be repaired which is something small and would not take much of his company's time. He also would not help recommending someone else and really acted like he did not want to be bothered by anyone. A little respect and customer service goes a long way and this company has neither.
