B&B Port Arthur Central Mall 10

I saw a movie at this movie theater and enjoy the movie along with the popcorn and drink. The chairs were very pleasant to sit on. They even fold almost into a bed. Very pricey though.

Never have I had to deal with this type of customer service from a company before. Manager/owner of this theatre will not even respond to emails and calls. We have tried on multiple occasions and did not receive any answer. Corporate was zero help and did not try to solve the problem either, and was instead sarcastic to me. When I emailed again asking for help, I was straight up told that “they already answered me last time,” with again no help with the situation. I sent a long email explaining and asking for help and all I got was a rude one line response.n-EDIT - we did get a refund finally, and we are thankful. But I still stand by my statement of the service. It should not have been this difficult to get a simple refund.

They have Pepsi products. A minor concern for some, but I think Pepsi is gross. The audio was just a little... off. Like someone was pumping too much treble and not enough bass. However, the seats were comfy, the popcorn was fresh, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there.

nice theatre: good screen, good seats, good snacks, good social distancing. nothing to complain about, and a comfortable experience
