They are VERY knowledgeable and friendly.....I brought them some old jewelry and they was more than happy to take the time to stop what they were doing and help me figure out what I had.... turns out the jewelry was costume....lol...but told me to come by any time and they'd be happy to help me out again..... I personally would rate them a 20 star rating if possible....
