It was easy to operate the app service especially for a first time user. The car was nice and exceeded my expectations of what I was getting. It was simple to change my return date and the services are fairly cheap... I was over all very pleased with my service and will use again in the future.
Didn't like the experience involved with this transaction. Attempted to turn the vehicle in early learned I wouldn't receive a refund due to the method of rental. 2nd the vehicle smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Avis is fortunate that I use to own a detail service and took the time too eliminate that foul odor. So, in reality Avis owes me $250.00 which I don't expect too receive.
Great place to rent a car especially if you work for the government. Extending your rental is reasonable and not expensive.
The workers they have know our more respectful and nicer. They don't look down on people
