I have more than 20 years renting vehicles with Hertz, in this last opportunity I rented a vehicle in this agency to return it at the Houston airport (iah), I had my reservation through Hertz, when I arrived at the counter the lady who attended me, she was not in good shape humor and was very rude and unfriendly. She wanted to charge me more money than was in my reservation, when I showed her my reservation she got upset and sent me out of the building in a rude way. I do not recommend this agency, they are unprofessional. My worst experience renting a vehicle on my vacation.
I was given a rental car that wreaked of urine and had a sticky substance all over the passenger seat. When brought to the attendant I wasnt offered an upgrade or any type of apology, he was going to let me pay the detailing fee had I not said anything. Absolutely terrible customer service, not to mention it took 4 attempts to even get our call answered.
These guys were great, they picked me up took me to my rental and dropped me back off the next day after my car was repaired. I didn’t have to wait long for them either. Service was fast and friendly and the rental was clean and a smooth ride. Hands down great service! Thanks guys!
The company prepaid a car for me but still had to give them a credit card. Don't have that problem with other companies.
