Poor customer service.
They do not offer pricing online, when I called to get more information on the units and pricing the lady gave me a few prices and then hung up on me. "I'm sorry a customer is coming in I will have to help you later." 'Click' hangs up the phone. Perhaps asking to hold would be a better way to handle potential customers.
