CVS and the employees of the Granbury store are doing the best job they can do. Given the circumstances. We put our life's on the line everyday for all of you who are complaining. The pharmacy is under staffed. If you don't think we as employees know this we are the ones working the long hours to try and make the customers happy. If the government wasn't giving away so much free money with unemployment maybe some people would have to look for a job. Instead of complaining. Try to be compassionate. We are humans too. I love my CVS IN GRANBURY!!!

Quality of service and professionalism, or lack of absolutely depends on who is working in the drive through window. The little skinny, half bald male working the drive through (05/24/20) was extremely rude, interuptive and plain unprofessional. I plan on transferring all future prescriptions elsewhere based on my last visit alone.

Seriously thee worst place to get medication! I waited 40 mins the first time to get my insurance down to pick up my medicine, come back a month later for my refill and they try charging me full price! What is the purpose of having insurance if CVS wont work with them!?! Waited in line in the drive-through for 30 mins just to get told they had to have me come inside to get it. I will just suffer without my medication rather than deal with this BS! ud83dude21ud83eudd2cud83dude21
