They don't keep the monthly meds my husband takes, in stock. Routine medications. We drive all the way from Lipan, just to hear they will get it from the warehouse. Shopping for a new pharmacy.

I just moved to the area and was so happy they had an HEB. I shop there once or twice a week and spend more money than I should. I go there because most of the staff is nice and very efficient. Well, today I go in for my prescription. It’s at a different pharmacy but thought it wouldn’t be an issue. The prescription was for needles for my medication, not the medication itself. (You actually don’t need a prescription for the needles but I have one anyway). Well the lady got the needles and met me at the counter, behind her pops Clarence (the manager) they noticed ive never been to that location before. I tried to show him the prescription on my phone and he told me to get outta there, I ask his name and he pulled his name badge out and said “Clarence, im the manager now get the f outta here” I stood there baffled, I had no words besides “douchebag”. I talked to Pat the manager and had no results, Clarence then sees me talking to them and heads over laughing as I pass by. I will never shop there again. All I have left to do is get Walmart to send him my prescription and make him hand it to me. That’s a win. Other than that, they lost a customer which is unfortunate. Bad management, bad execution and bad attitude. Tell Clarence to do some push-ups and eat a sandwich too.
