Complete waste of time management is a joke filed my taxes wrong and couldn’t even tell me when my refund would be processed after 7 days then tried to text me and apologize the next day offering me 20% off the same $50 cash and a $25 Texas roadhouse gift card after wasting my time for seven days yelling and screaming at me in the office like I was a child and demanding the $50 cash and a flashback but I drove there twice never did he take into consideration that I may have needed my money that’s why I requested they file my taxes a week before I suggest you do not let Kierra do your taxes if you actually want them filed correctly
