Always super friendly and reliable. Got an older dog so I’m always afraid of taking him places where they won’t prioritize that. Doctor never makes me feel guilty for missing something or not doing a better job at trimming my own dogs nails. Would recommend to everyone!!

Thrive at N. Grand Parkway Katy has a new customer for life! Dr. Charissa James and her staff were incredible and extremely informative. I was able to explain exactly what was going on with my new rescue pup and his previous home situation and what all I believe he needed...and they actually listened!!! It’s rare to find individuals who actually love their job and I believe that they do! The appointment process was easy, a good value overall, and not overpriced! Thank you Thrive!

I just moved to Katy and was having a very hard time finding a Vet in the area that would take my puppy on as a new patient without having to wait a month+ to be seen. Thrive was great, super easy and fast with appointment setups, I called to schedule an appointment and was seen the very next day. Highly recommend!

If you care about your dog, do yourself a favor and do not come here!! They are by far the worst vet clinic I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many. They are also supposed to be “affordable”, but they are not and they also make sure to squeeze any extra money they can out of you. I’m willing to pay higher prices if they have great service to go along with it but that’s not the case at Thrive on Grand Parkway.

I love how nice and personable everyone is as much as they are professional. They care about animals and treat them very well. I’ve never had any bad experiences here. Also, prices are very reasonable and I usually can get my pet in just a days time. Thank you for caring for my fur babies and helping them get better when they are not feeling the greatest!
