FRANK IS NOT THE OWNER ANYMORE , AWFUL ESPECIALLY WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD SURGERY

They have abismal customer service. If they can't do their jobs properly I don't see why they are open. With this pharmacy you have to be on top of them and constantly check that they will give you the right medication at the right date. They in the past have not had the full quantity ready for when dad needed it. I was told by Mckenzie that I could pick up my dad's meds on Sept 7th. We go there and they are closed. Why could she not have told me that from the beginning. Other pharmacies are open but apparently they can't afford to be. We go on Tuesday at 8:20 and are told that until the pharmacist gets there at 9:30 dad can't get his meds. The guy comes at about 9:18 and then I'm told that they don't have enough of the medication to give out to dad and that they can't give him what they have and give him the rest later because the laws changed. We had to literally waste time going there and then waiting in the car. All to be told that they couldn't fill the medication. Dad went here because he needed the medication not out of pleasure and difinetly not because they are great at what they do. They don't apologize for their incompetence nor do they care that we have to waste time going there. Dad used to go there every month, it's not like they don't know what medication to order for him and to make sure to have enough for him when he comes. They lack basic manners and common sense. Especially the Indian guy who seems to like to talk about customers after taking their calls. If you want to see stupidity and laziness at its best then by all means go to this pharmacy. At best they just take up space that could be used for something else.

not happy with my experience at all. would not recommend to anyone.

They are supper efficient to help me get a medication that non of the big pharmacies were willing to provided.
