This location is horrible, wish there was another Walgreens in old Katy. Service terrible and slow, poor customer service, long wait times, forget the drive thru.

Very unprofessional and absolutely rude and disorganized. They will put back prescriptions after 10 days and then they can’t tell you which ones you need to refill that they so conveniently put back, which is so ridiculous. I asked lady at the counter which ones need to be refilled now that they’ve been put back and she can’t even tell me. So now I have to go back through my grandmothers medications and figure out which ones she doesn’t have. But first I will be switching pharmacies. I’ve been with this pharmacy for two years both mine and my grandmothers medications go through them and every single time we go there they are very rude and unprofessional and they act like it’s inconvenient for them to help you how sad is it that they treat elderly this way or anyone for that matter
