We worked with John from JD Solutions for our pergola repair and staining. It looks beautiful! John was very kind and honest throughout the entire process. We really appreciated his hard-working attitude to ensure that our pergola would last for many years! He gave excellent advice about what repairs and stain/seal were needed to make sure it would continue to look great for years to come. John was committed to our satisfaction with the results throughout the entire process!

John worked with me on using a new material, Lexan, which he was unfamiliar with to replace a covering on our backyard pergola in addition to power washing and restaining the wood portion. The weather, health of his employees, and difficulty procuring the materials around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays provided challenges but all of his employees were extremely courteous and John was good a communicating throughout the extended process. It was the communication, even when the news wasn't what I wanted to hear that I valued most! We collaborated and got the job done safely which was the most important aspect. (High winds were also a problem on scheduled installation days). I am very happy with the finished job and would recommend JD Solutions to others who may have experienced poor communication from home contractors in the past as I have.

My sister recently moved into a new house that urgently required all kinds of small adjustments, repairs, and additions. Some of these also required some patience and creativity to achieve a good result without necessarily having to spend a fortune on redoing the whole thing…To many contractors this might’ve been a bit of a nightmare scenario with color changes on the fly etc. and my sister and I all the while hovering in the background…Very much to their credit however, John and the guys from JD solutions patiently worked through the entire list with seemingly unwavering enthusiasm and professionalism and delivered truly spectacular results. I am not big on writing reviews but I felt compelled in this case to express my gratitude. These guys are fantastic!
