Definitely not the experience I was expecting! I ordered 2 gifts- when I went to pickup the girl handed me a bag with 2 boxes, I said they are 2 gifts and instead of packaging them like they do, she handed me 2 extra bags. They ruined my experience and my gifts now I will definitely need to stop and get tissue paper to make my gifts presentable. I went to Kendra Scott for a reason . I should have asked for the girl to do the right thing but I didn’t my disappointment and frustration took over! Not sure I will support this business any longer

Bought a necklace for my wife's birthday. It turned out to be too small. Went in a couple of hours later to get something different. The product was slightly cheaper than the necklace. I come to find out, they wouldn't refund the difference because they do not accept returns. I wish I knew earlier. This will discourage me from shopping there for gifts.

Went in to find a gift for my mother's birthday and couldn't have been happier with the service Shayla and her staff provided. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I asked for suggestions. I left with two pieces for my mom (which she LOVED) and two pieces for myself. If you are ever in need of a gift for someone, I recommend visiting and asking Shayla for help.

I read some of the other reviews and they definitely don't match my experience. Everyone was very nice, super helpful when I couldn't make up my mind about a piece of jewelry, the store was clean and I enjoyed my time shopping there! I will be back for sure! My service from Shayla was fabulous!

I have not been in this store. I wish I had gone with my 18 year old daughter and her friend. They went in today to find a necklace for her friend's mom. I read the previous reviews hoping Ashley would be there. She was not. The service the girls received was non-existent. They walked around for about 10 minutes with no interaction from a sales associate (who were on phones behind the cash registers). They did ask a question or 2 and were waved to certain parts of the store to investigate it themselves. I am thoroughly disappointed in the person who runs this store as I have never had any negative interactions with anyone in a Kendra store. I have friends who are friends with Kendra and I know she wouldn't put up with this behavior from anyone who represents her brand. I am so disappointed in this store. My daughter's friend did buy a necklace, but only because I told her Kendra was the best.
