I bought my wife a nice diamond solitaire, and we later came back to purchase our wedding bands as well. They were so helpful during the pandemic and worked with my wife and I to get what we wanted! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had several watches that needed to be repaired. Mostly batteries, links, and some crystal replacements. I dropped it off early in the morning and was able to receive immediate service and picked up all my watches at the end of the day. Quick service, reasonable price, highly recommend!

My husband and I were having our court marriage on Monday! We had yet to decide on a ring for both myself and my husband. Sean was able to make our purchase seamless. They were also able to fix my husbands Movado watch as well in time for the big day. Thank you for your help!

Worst store ever!!! I went to replace my necklace lock and i forgot to take back my broken 18K white Gold lock back so i called them and they said they have it. I dont live in Katy so its a travel for me just to get the lock for my necklace so i decide to come back after a week then when i came back the sales person said he can’t find it so he said leave me your phone number and i will call you. So after a week or two i did not get any response from them so i called them back. The same person that told me leave my phone number. He said that sorry Sir we missed place your necklace locked. So im like so thats it? He response saying yes thats it! And ita your fault that you did not come back right way to get!! I talked to him explain that i dont live close and thats my item and you guys said you have them and now its gone. So thats not my fault! You guys should keeped it for your customer. If i can give no star i will. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!!!
