In my family we keep God close to our hearts at all times figuratively but it’s even better when he’s actually there in the form of a beautiful piece of jewelry. My son and I were on the hunt for an upcoming birthday and there was 2 amazing ladies that made our experience wonderful. Helpful and very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we saw everything after we let them know our tight budget. I was pleasantly surprised at what all they had to offer and thank you all so much for the amazing customer service experience, we hope to return in near future for that jewelry.

The rings are beautiful and the first two times were fine. My fiancé got my engagement ring during the holidays and said it was a great experience when we went back to get wedding bands however we felt rushed. The sales person was at the very least annoying.. we kept telling her what he was looking for and it got ignored several times. Finally I just had to kinda get a little rude and tell her we weren’t interested in any of the things she was trying to up sell us. I understand they get commission but she was focusing on everything except for us. In the end we got what we wanted for a good deal it just wasn’t an enjoyable memorable experience.

Elizabeth and Joseph were absolutely incredible during not only mine but my soon to be fiancé experience. It's a decision that we don't realize is so meaningful until we encounter others who take a genuine care into the value of our purchase. They both went through the process of sharing stories that were relatable as well as go into detail with every diamond. We can not thank you enough!!

I bought 14k gold earrings for my daughter, Elizabeth served me in Katy TX, a bad salesperson. and the earrings are now copper colored and even have holes. Not a good gem. they sell poor quality gold. I want my earrings changed! I can't lose $ 120 and Elizabet, the salesperson, told me there was nothing she could do.

The customer service by Gwen H. was excellent. I was very pleased on how she explained to us how we can combine the wedding band and engagement ring together to make it one whole set. Took care of our needs and kept us up to date on how things were going. Very pleased with everything. I highly recommend visiting Helzberg in Katy Mills.
