Cool place. My youngest loves this store and drags me here every weekend for something!! They truly start off young!!

Employees at this location are rude, not customer service at all. They need to hire people with a better way to treat customers. Also they weren't busy at all and they didn't want to work and do a Piercing to my Mom because it was just by appointment only. Is sad they loosing clients just because is to complicated and too much work in do a piercing.

The staff is veeeery rude. I took something from the clearance buy three get three free they stated “only hair stuff and jewelry” I took a small hair brush and now that’s not a hair stuff It got to be something that you actually put on your head hahaha is like you should better leave and don’t come back. Rude, if you hate your life please do not work with customer service girls . Thank you!!!!!

I had the worst in store experience at this store location that they do not even deserve one (1) star but in order for me to leave a review I had to at least select one. The store manager (who refused to give me her name or associate/register number) is probably the worst manager I've encountered in a very long time. In fact, she would not allow her associate to share her information with me in order for me to call corporate and report her. She does not represent the store and the Claire’s brand well and it's unfortunate. I will never shop at this location as long as she is the store manager and I will be sure to share my experience with others in the community.
