I had a wonderful experience at this jeweler. The staff was more than accommodating and helpful. They were kind and I appreciate the standard operating procedures which made me feel safe and comfortable coming in at this time. My tiara style stacker ring (the top stacker shown) is exactly what I was looking for to complete my wedding set. This beautiful ring made my ring so unique! I will definitely be returning and look forward to sharing my testimonial about them with others.

What a great experience it has been to shop at Amber’s jewelry store. In a search for a white gold chain for my mom’s birthday, I came across this store and was impressed with its 5-star ratings. I went in to check whether they have what I was looking for. Although they didn’t have the exact shape and size, they did order it and made sure I get it before the birthday. I did receive the chain within one day! Unbelievable! The whole process was very smooth and the staff was really friendly taking care of their customers. I worked with Amber directly after having a very bad experience elsewhere. She was able to modify my engagement ring to make it exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price. I also had her do a custom wedding ring for me - and I literally teared up when I saw it - it is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen! Amber and her team were so great through the process, they gave me updates along the way and even had me come in to check out the mold for my custom ring and offered to let me see my diamonds as well. They’re some of the most genuine, helpful, and honest people I’ve ever worked with. I’m so so so happy and will only go to Amber’s for my jewelry needs.

Morgan helped me during my first visit to Amber’s Designs; I came in with some jewelry that was passed down to me that was broken That I wanted to have made into a necklace and a few lapel pins that I wanted the diamonds taken out of and made into stud earrings for my daughter. Morgan knew exactly what I wanted and she was so kind and helpful. My custom items came out beautifully and better than I imagined; Morgan picked the perfect setting for the earrings! I also purchased a pair of earrings for our eldest daughters graduation gift with Morgan’s help and recommendations we found the perfect pair! I already have more items to bring in to make into custom pieces; I’ll be an Amber’s Designs customer from now on! Very friendly staff and excellent service!

Lisette helped me out today. It was my first time there after being referred by many people. The uniqueness of everything there is amazing. The attention to every customer is perfect. I bought a piece there today with only intentions of getting repairs and sizing done! Definitely not your chain/box jewelry store! The owner herself was out interactive with customers. Everything is done in-house with an open view. Love, love, love my experience there today!
