They are very professional. The installation quality was excellent. Ryan kept in contact throughout the entire process. We are very happy and will use them again in the future for sure. Best of they are a locally owned company

We just had new flooring installed throughout the house and we love it! We are repeat customers and will most certainly be calling them again in the future. Our crew, Wilmer & Julio, worked meticulously to makes sure they job was finished to our satisfaction and were very good about communicating with us during the process. Ryan helped us find the perfect flooring and guided us through the process of ordering, planning and installation. We highly recommend Carpet Exchange, their owners and staff, and the installation crews!

Where do I begin... Carpet Exchange is amazing; quality and customer service is beyond what you can imagine. The workers are so considerate, polite and clean. I'm a repeat customer, they put in my ceramic wood tiles downstairs 9 years ago so of course I had to go to them when I decided to do my upstairs. They just finished the upstairs wooden floors and once again amazing service, considerate workers (Fransisco and his team) and flawless finished product; even when I threw them a curve ball and changed my shoe moulding the night before they started, they accommodated. I've included a few pictures but we asked them to leave the lighter furniture out of the room so we can paint. When they did my down stairs my rooms were returned to exactly how they were before. There are no 'buts' when it comes to Carpet Exchange's work. I have referred various friends to them. It's hard to find quality work like they do. I will be calling them again to redo my stairs soon and a few other projects. A Very Pleased Customer :)

Clay and Susan are very down to earth individuals that always go above and beyond to assist a customer.nThe work they did in the house was impeccable. All of their material is top of the line.nRyan, Mario and Jorge are the best!nI strongly recommend them again for any work that we require.
